2. Entries: Entries are done through Direct Athletics. The deadline for entries is Tuesday April 11th, 2023 at 11:59 PM. Please log on to www.directathletics.com
3. Entry Limits: No entry limits.
4. Trainer: There will be certified trainers at the site. Please bring your own supplies.
5. General: A. Meet will be run in timed section finals including the dash and hurdles.
B. Shot Put/Long & Triple Jumps/Discus/Hammer/Javelin—8 athletes will advance to finals after the initial 3 attempts.

6. Results: Results can be found here.
7. Blocks: Meet will supply blocks, but you may bring your own.
8. Entry Fee: $450.00 per team. Men and women are separate. For smaller teams a fee of $30.00 per athlete will be charged up to the maximum of $450.00 per team per gender. Please make checks out to Middlesex College Track and Field.
